Welcome to Elite’s online plan room! You will be able to view, download, and save all plans, specifications, and documents for any of Elite’s projects.

Here is how it works:  Below you will see a list of current projects.  Click on the project number under order plans and it will take you to the planroom to order plans or click on the PDF file under view plans to view/download plans. See links below to download requirements for bidding and/or job information.

It is very important we know who is working on a bid for a given project.  Please email bids@elite-construction.com as soon as you download plans for a given project, to bid on any project you must receive an invitation to bid back from us. Should there be any changes to the plans, schedules and so on we will notify you.  

Subcontractors are solely responsible to download all bid plans, specifications and documents for a given project.  We will not pay for any additional cost a subcontractor may have for failure to have all documents in their possession during the bid.

To Order plans go to http://www.panteratools.com and enter the Access Key, listed below, in the login on the right side of the page where it says "Access Key Login".
